You are off to a great start! I would recommend that you:

Do your strength work before you do the cycle aeorbics.

I would not bother with using the BW isotonically. I have not seen

any data that suggests this does anything for your fitness.

Pushups and situps are fine AFTER you do the BW isos. These really

work strength-endurance and should be done after the BW, which

focuses on strength.

26 exercises is a bit much. I would focus on a basic ten and do two

to three different angles on the 10. If you don't know what I mean

let me know and I will expand my explanation.

Yes, as we get older, the hormones diminish and it is harder to get

fit but IT CAN BE DONE.

Don't worry about the scale so much, go by how you look. Remember,

muscle weighs more than fat, so you can become more fit yet not lose

weight.

My personal trainer suggested you'll get more fat burning if you use the

bullworker first, it sucks all the glycogen out of the muscles, then

when you get on the exercise bike you'll be burning a higher percentage

of fat to glycogen.

Do you measure body fat? You could have added 1kg of muscle.

Do the " male exercises " as they are the same. You will NOT bulk up,

you don't have the requisite hormones.

You will get stronger and ad tone, which is what you want.

Good luck!

Hi,Summer, I am glad you are enjoying the Bullworker and seeing good results. Be assured, however, that you will not bulk up as men do.Women get strong, sleek muscles, along the Austin line. They women bodybuilders you see with huge, ugly man -like muscle use steroids, regardless of what they tell us. Keep using Bullworker, follow a reasonably sensible diet, and get in a walk a day if you can,and you''ll do fine. Summer, I might add that the newer model bullworker has woman's exercises on one side of the chart. I think this is available online. Hello everyone. I have spent time reading post and have decided

your lives sound life mine.

I am mom to Zoe age 6 with shaken baby syndrome, seizures, ADHD, OCD,

and soon to be ODD dxed. She is on Clonidine, seraquil, prozac,

depakoe

and was just taken off respiridal to take seraquil. Not sure I like

respiradol missing.

zoe is very mean most of time and loving other part of time. She is

hitting her hight now it seems. We are trying all med cocktails that

the doctor can think of. Most meds work backwards on her, making her

meaner especially when tired, but tired is only way to slow her

down. Her ADHD is off the charts. She runs through house screaming

on top of lungs and jumping on and off furniture. she has broken a

window with her forehead, broke a cats leg by jumping and so on. she

has gotten out of house and ended up a block away at police station

and so on.

her aggression usually is dircted towards me but is growing to

include family members. I walk around with bruises and scratch marks

on me daily. At least once a month the bruises are so bad my arms are

swollen and you cannot see hardly any skin left. she pinches on top

of pinches. she hits, kicks, bites, pinches, pushes, chokes to her

hearts content it seems.

we have tried weighted vest, blankets, brushing, deep pressure,

wrapping, time outs, you name it. We have had behaviorlist who tell

us they have no clue what to do with her and admire us for keeping

her. Most therepist give up and have no clue as to what to do with

her either.

she does aggressive behavior when mad, cannot tell you what she

wants, to see your reaction, when sick, or just plain cuz she enjoys

doing this type of behavior. she looks in straight in eye and does

it. no matter how many times you restrain her or disiplen her, she

just keeps doing it most of time for no reason what so ever.

behaviorist thought it was a form of communication and did not

believe me that she just does it as part of her regular day for no

reason until she watched her one day, just walk up to me jack slap me

in face and then walked away.

so she is on meds, diet and therepies, what do we do with kids like

theses?

I am at the point of complete frustration. I dread her waking up and

cant wait for bed time. I know this sounds horrible but I have had

5 years of this behavior daily. I have begged for help and no one can

give me anything. not even respite. we are on a 2 yr waiting list in

missouri. we are moving again because of her. we are moving to

illinois this weekend to be around friends who have siad they will do

some repite care for me.

dont me to sound negative but I am worn out and frustrated and

discouraged to the point of no return

betty
