ROFL... I know how you feel about the eggs! I was getting farm fresh eggs

for a year. After the chickens stopped producing (them got too old I'm

told!) I had to go back to store bought. YUCK! There's a HUGE difference

in taste and texture! Now I can't stand eggs very much unless they're hard

boiled. The store eggs are great for hard boiled eggs. Fresh eggs aren't

so good to hard boil. Because they're so fresh you can't get the shell off

em!
