Guest guest
I have only been on it two weeks - 3 mg- my mid Wife told me about the nightmares being a side effect. There is a stronger dosage.. But if your kids are not having problems with nightmares then I would not worry about it. Do either of them use a night light or have artificial lighting in their bedroom? ( all my kids do) I am starting to wonder if that has caused my sleep issue. Steph [DownSyndromeInfoEx change] Sleep disorders Hi- My daughter was just diagnosed with sleep arousal disorder and disorder of the maintenace of sleep. We did a sleep study to rule of apnea. The report says that she only had one apnea and 11 hypopneas but that was normal. I am waiting to talk to the doctor and then I hope I will get more info about what if anything we can do. My daughter is 4 1/2 and has been waking up everynight and that means that we are waking up too. I am so tired of not getting enough sleep. She has reflux, if she doesnt have bad sleep apnea, then could it be reflux causing her sleep disorders. Anyone have the same issues? thank you Dawn
Guest guest
Not at night time...they go to sleep with the tv/video on. I usually set the tv timer for 30 minutes and it then goes off and they're USUALLY asleep. If not they come in with me or I end up staying with them for awhile.
