I've been eating Friendship lowfat cottage cheese for a while now and

today noticed on the label there is 360 mg of sodium. Is this bad?

Are there less sodium, but good-tasting cottage cheeses out there?

Your question prompted me to check out the cottage cheese I've been

using (Knudsen Non fat) and it has 420 GRAMS of sodium! That can't

be good.

I hope they aren't adding sodium to milk too. I also forgot to

mention tuna. Has anyone noticed the amount of sodium in tuna? It

is a lot unless you purchase the low sodium kind at 3 x the price.

Oh my goodness! I can't believe I read that as 420 GRAMS instead of

MILLIGRAMS! What a relief, though! I'll have to read the labels a

little better next time! DUH!
