Thanks for sharing 's story and news from her Mom. I can totally see how

Jody would feel the way she does. It even makes me stop and think... about

how I would like to lose some more weight but not enough to take the risks of

surgery. It is a different situation now than when I was heavier. Health is our

biggest goal and blessing.

Financially I am currently unable to help out Hopefully not forever

but I would love to send encouraging cards to and even her son if you

would send me the address.

Thanks so much for all you do to keep this " family " in the know, and in

line !

you are doing, (or maybe they are nice and sleek like we all wish

for)

Jo, I would be happy to send Jamison and calling cards, or I

could also (with everyones approval of course - mom, grandma and or

course Jamsison) my son who is 15 and I could go take Jamison out for

the day, maybe to an arcade or water park in Fresno. My sister lives

in Clovis so I go there quite a bit. Let me know the addresses and I

will get the calling cards out in the mail right away.

I have been trying to tell the people on the OSSG board the same thing

.....One lady keeps spouting off that she thinks the increased risks for

revisions

is Bull$hit. She keeps saying that she finds no info to that point on the web

despite what the docs keep telling people. I sent her some " web " info to the

opposite. Along with my explanation that I had a leak and was very lucky, so

there are riske for revisions. Ask all of us problem kids of Dr. K. LOL. I

guess is a card carrying member of the " brat pack " ....LOL.
