Guest guest
Hi folks, I found a good article in the Washington Post concerning food and inflammation. I have recently given up caffeine, stopped eating dairy, wheat and sugar. I find that I have more energy, need less sleep and feel better. Here's the link: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A34772-2005Jan25.html Liz
Guest guest
Dear Liz, and Group, Looking over the anti-inflammatory eating article I am amazed that I pretty much follow it already. I even have been eating the flax and walnuts for over 10 years now. I still have EN, but as you know it is a mild case, so maybe it has helped? It can't hurt. :-) Wishing Everyone a Painfree and Happy Weekend! Shins Up! Love,
