Patti, can you foward this message to the financial group email? I

don't have access to do it. I just want to see what others are using

for gathering the pretransplant insurance info. 's sheet is kind

of vague.

Does anyone have a worksheet made up that you could email me, that

outlines the information verified with the insurance company for a

pre-transplant?
