Guest guest
Oh cntbreathe, aren't we the pair...getting through the holiday but dealing with migraines on the side. I was trying to make myself believe that the migraine was my blood vessels squeezing out all of the bad nada karma, so that next year I will be symptom free and just breeze through the day! I think it is a good idea to preview the nada cards to your kids. You have that right. I would explain to the kids that you open nada's mail to them first to protect them from nada's mean spirited comments. Or something like that. Then if there is a weepy crying face that nada drew or other hoovering foogy material, you can at least explain it to your daughter. " I think grandnada said that/drew that to try and make you feel bad/guilty, but you should not feel that way. It is wrong for grandnada to try and make you feel bad/sad/guilty.That is part of grandnanda's illness, that she doesn't know how to treat others. " Hmmm, well that is just my rambling, but hopefully you get the idea. Here's a cheer out for a migraine and nada free next holiday! I wish I had the money to line up a facial and a hot stone massage- never had one but it sounds relaxing! Today I did decide to sign up for a beaded bracelet class at the local art school for MD weekend. I am doing it as a gift for myself as my birthday and MD fall on the same day this year. I like Sylvia's idea that we have to be the mother to ourselves- so here's to you Sylvia! Di.
