Guest guest
Good morning folks! A few tidbits here on what I remember from recent posts.... On the topic of uneven strength, here's what I have done to even things up a bit. I am like Brett, I make the weak side do what the strong side can do. Usually that means squeezing out the last few reps with MUCH strain on the weak side, and the last few reps are not- so-hard on the strong side. Anytime I have had any disparity, it usually evens out in 3-4 weeks. On Matt's question on LB unevenness, I had the same prob - left leg weaker than the right. I added 2-3 extra reps on the weak side every LBW for about a month and it seemed to take care of the disparity. O' course, I didn't have a 2 inch difference either. You might need to add a full extra set on the weak side, BUT you might find that those few extra reps will do it. Whatever you do, just do it consistently for at least 4-6 weeks, or else you won't know what fixed the problem. Stacey, good job on getting up to 4 egg whites! That's a huge improvement in only a week's time, especially since it's such a struggle to eat in the mornings. It took me almost 6 months to really *crave* food in the mornings. Serenity, sorry if you got bombarded multiple answers to your question on my menu yesterday - you are correct in asking questions where something is not clear. And a big thanks to everyone for jumping in on my behalf when I was so swamped. You guys are a big bunch o' sweeties! *big grin* I think I forgot somethin' so when I remember, I will post again. Off to uncover a few inches of my desk now. Hopefully I will be back to check in later today. ttfn, Jen B. C7W2D4 " No excuses! "
