Information for those getting together at the AAFP ASA in San Diego

Hey folks! The IMP buttons have arrived and I'll have them at lunch Wednesday, but feel free to call me if you want to connect to get yours at a different time Plans for meals are listed below, and my most up-to-day list of attendees is at the bottom. I put the critical information into the attached 1-page Word document for easy printing.

MartyWEDNESDAY DINNER:

12 people total so far. Meeting place for the Taste of San Diego event: Dussini Mediterranean Bistro either

between 5:00 and 5:30 or again between 6:30 and 7:00. We'll puchase tickets at the restaurant for $35 because tickets purchased online need to be exchanged at a will call office 6 blocks away. Please see my earlier email for details and links for this event.

FRIDAY DINNER:

So far it's just Bob, Gwen, and me, so for now I'm

not going to make a reservation. Will

consider this if more people RSVP for this night, otherwise we can decide later

where to eat. Here's a list of places to consider at Seaport Village, which is located adjacent to the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel:

Wednesday and Friday at The Tin Fish (sit outside)

Thursday and Saturday at Dick's Last Resort (sit outside on the back patio fronting 5th Avenue)

The Tin Fish is right across the Trolley tracks from the convention center just in front of the Hard Rock Hotel and the Gaslamp Quarter sign that goes across the street at the foot of 5th Avenue (see map below). You order your food at the counter and they'll bring it out to you. They have other food besides fish including hamburgers.

Dick's Last Resort is at 345 4th Avenue but go up 5th Avenue 1-1/2 blocks from the Tin Fish to enter directly onto the back patio where we'll sit. It has sandwiches, salads, and lunch entrees. www.dickslastresort.com
