Guest guest
I am intrigued by you saying that you use white peony tea only for your KT. I am relatively new to brewing Kombucha. So far I have not dared to brew my KT without at least one bag of black tea added to my organic green tea. But I'd much rather do without the black altogether. I have read about white tea having the least abount of caffein, and the most antioxydants, and having a very mild taste, so it sounds like a great choice to me. How long have you been successful in using white tea only? Do you sometimes use black or green tea to feed the culture, or never? What does your KT taste like?
