Guest guest
Dear Alice, I'm glad crohn's has been ruled out. I myself tend to be a " nervous Nelly " and when I am upset I simply cannot eat and the weight drops. With others it is just he opposite and when they are upset they can't stop eating . Neither way is healthy. Since many, if not most, if us see a relationship between stress and EN flare-ups, it would make sense to try to reduce the stress by any means. We do have a Mental Health Folder in our Links section: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erythema_nodosum_Group/links/Depression_and\ _Psych_001076108790/ as well as one on Depression: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erythema_nodosum_Group/links/Depression_001\ 093975259/ and here is a great link from our Endorphin Files: Since you had a better week last week, so you know it can happen. Now it's a matter of prolonging the better times! Hope you feel better soon! Love, __________________________________________________
