My kids have an IGG intolerance to coconut. I decided to try YCK anyway but they clearly were intolerant. I used to be on the BED message board and many kids tolerated it just fine.

Thanks for the info. LUckily my son doesnt have a problem with

coconuts... I gave him some of the coconut water and he has had

coconut oil also.. Hopefully he will tolerate the kefir well also..
