if you want to drink water to keep your body hydrated, add Real Salt or Unrefined Sea Salt to it.

Not only will your sodium levels stay up, but you'll get a lot of other minerals your body is crying out for.

Put 1/4 tsp of Real Salt or Unrefined Sea Salt in a quart of water.

I have cured headaches by drinking 2 quarts of salted water.

There is such a thing as too much water, true, the kidneys have 3 jobs. To process the fluids you drink. To process the fluids given off by the cells and lymphatic system. To clean themselves. If a person is drinking over a gallon of water a day, they are taxing the kidneys. The number I have seen is 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight. So a 150 pound person would do well to drink 75 oz of water a day. And I would never drink straight tap water. I drink RO water or distilled water.

I know I feel better when I get enough water.

Dr Batmanghelidj cured people with water.

You have a very smart doc who just saved your life ! I have heard people over the last 8 yrs touting water , water, and more water . I watched my grandmother have a heart attack because she drank to much water and didn't get enough potassium and sodium to balance things . To much water can kill

I cannot accept it, cause I know I feel better and operate better with more water, but I think it's odd how the trends get started or changed.> http://www.newsweek.com/id/82138> > Sharon in NW Washington> All I have seen teaches me to trust in the Creator for all that I have not seen.
