For a while I was eating all night, and I'm not doing that. I made a cake for the family for the 4th, an orange cake with cream cheese frosting. I ate about 1/3 of a piece and Tom ate the rest. BUT I never have been a sweets eater. I'm still eating popcorn, and still on my fruit kick, but not as bad. Found some lushious grapes at winn dixie, the best I've eaten in a long time, even made some chicken salad out of them. I wish I had the patience to stay on the atkins, but I don't. I hate having to cook every meal. And there's only so much you can do with lunch meat. Especially when you can't have bread. , I guess there's an up side of being depressed. I just hope it lasts a while.(Not the depression ) Did you know that when Dr. Baltasar in Spain's pts plateau and are slow losers he prescribes Topamax for them to help with the weight loss? Wellbutrin is supposed to be very good at keeping compulsions at bay. I know that it's done a good job for folks who are also trying to quit smoking and to lose weight. My SIL's sister is a manufacturers rep for the drug and this is where I got my info.
