Guest guest Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 Got my hemoglobin results as of last Friday – 13.7 – up from 12 about a week or so before. My doctor is out of town, but his associate suggested I don’t do today’s Procrit shot and wait till I see my MD on Friday. Suits me just fine! I hate those freakin shots. Not only do they burn, but I’m bruised from those and the interferon. I never use the right thigh due to the neuropathy so that cuts me down on areas to inject. I’m still black and blue from the spot where I hit blood a few weeks ago too so that area is out.
