Guest guest
Hi all, I have had my asthma under control with the help of Sinuglair and Flovent. Today we hit 106 degrees, and I was at work, and a little attack hit me then! I think it was heat related, but it subsided by itself, because silly me did not have my rescue inhaler with me. I only depend on it at work if I have a cold...I had taken it out because Rodney needed it a few days ago. He was having a GERD attack at night, and asked me for it. I only carry the inhaler that is not the new regulated albuterol in my purse, because in unusual cirucumstances when I need my rescue inhaler, the new ones do not rescue me quick enough. I panicked, and kept on working. I did take allergy pills, but it subsided. I started finally coughing a loose cough...looked a lot like big tapioca. Graphic details of what was coming up, but that is the best I can explain...it was huge, clear and sticky. I am ok now...when I got home I did the rescue inhaler, but did not need it. It was strange...I think the temps out reached a point, and who knows...maybe mold released, or just don't know, but it happened. Hugs!!
