5. Describe your erythema nodosum/PG symptoms or, if you do not have

EN or PG, please explain why you wish to join this group. I have

erythema multiforme

The rash has covered almost my whole body. It began around my

shoulders and spread to chest and arms, all the way to wrists, and

then down my legs. It is very sore like sunburn. I was treated,

before diagnosis, with prednisone and antibiotics. These began to

ease the symptoms, but symptoms returned quickly and got worse. My

skin in places feels lumpy, the sores blister and scab, and it's all

very itchy.

6. List any other health conditions.

Type 1 diabetes (24 years), hypothyroidism, SVT (tachicardia), high

cholesterol, glaucoma, smoker, recovering alchoholic.

7. State what medications or treatments you take for EN, and their

effectiveness: Presently using Valtrex, not very effective. Aveno

baths, some antihistimines, hydrocortisone.

8. When did you first get erythema nodosum or PG? I think a year ago

I had a less severe outbreak that lasted about 4 months.

9. How long have you had erythema nodosum or PG? This time, two

months or so.

10. Do you agree to treat all EN members with respect? Yes.

11.Do you agree to post NO advertisements for any products or

services? Yes.

12. How did you find this Group? (Google, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves Search,

referral from another group or person etc.) WebMD had a link.
