I will also look up Dr. Berg, maybe he has something, and Dr. Mercola's. IF THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PUT TOXIC JUNK IN BEEF AND PORK, HELLO, WHY ARE SO MANY OF US ALLERGIC TO NEW FORMULATIONS OF DESICCATED PORCINE POWDER?? Holy cow. Love black beans, maybe DH will eat pintos, we're Catholic too. Your recipe sounds good, are you using olive oil spritzer?? Just found out Olive oil is an Omega 9!!!!
