Optimized on 3 grains of old Nature Thyroid. I did terrible on new Armour, and Erfa seems pretty good although I need 4 grains to have good ranges.Jane>> Five grains Erfa Thyroid. Optimized and feeling good. Still occasional fibro crash, but very rare. Fibrojay > > > =>

I've gone up a little maybe 5 weeks ago. That dose used to be too much for me, but I think the progesterone is making a difference. Maybe some is converting to cortisol. Sent from Grace's iPhone

Did you try a higher dose? Any time you change brands, you may need a different dose.

I'm on 1 grain of the new armour and so far so good. I was on WIPs compounded for about 6 months but wasn't feeling too great and it's expensive...

I'm having blood drawn tomorrow and I see the doc in early August. I imagine she'll change something at that time if the numbers are similar. If she doesn't bring up T3 meds, I will. > >> > I'm on old Armour, very old. Last labs values were high or over range> for the frees, my temps are
