Hi Di, It was a process. I didn't want to sneak things in. I wanted

them to listen to me. ABA was very helpful. I first taught them to

eat new foods. To listen to Mommy. First THEN was very helpful. I

used pictures for my son. I made a first then board, and let him pic

what he wanted as reward.

Yes I used standard GFCF crap to get them to eat the healthy foods.

In a way the terrible addictions can be used to your advantage. My

son would do just about anything for a gfcf brownie or chicken nugget,

so I used them to teach eating new foods. Most important is to get

them eating the healing foods that help conquer fungal infections and

change PH so the body wants the good foods.

My kids didn't want yck or cvs or green drink, I baited them. First

1/8 tsp of yck then movie or gfcf junk. After many months of breaking

it all down we had vegetables being eaten at meals, yck and cvs

consumed. At some point the rewards became an almond or being excused

from the table and the battle was over.

Key is always being organized and not giving in. If you give in, it's

a battle that never ends. Figure out what your kid wants and they

don't get it until they try the new thing. Then slowly reward less and

expect more. I also couldn't send my son to school. There was no way

to teach all of this. He had to be home to establish these habits.

Now I can send him anywhere with a note of what to do and he'll follow

what I write. I couldn't expect a teacher to sit for hours as I did

and expect a bite of kale or new food.

Now with my back turned while I wash dishes my kids won't touch their

millet zuchini bread until their vegetables topped with raw yolk and

cvs are consumed.

Ok some examples:

onions, arame, sauteed in ghee and stirred into quinoa

homemade chicken soup

bone marrow broth topped over seed grain or vegetables

leeks, kale, garlic, ghee topped with 20% protein or seed grain

fermented coconut pudding

grass fed beef meatballs mixed with vegetables/yolk, steamed vegetable,

cvs on the side

dehydrated seed bars/crackers topped with almond butter

millet flat bread topped with herbs, lettuce greens, garlic pesto,

topped with sauteed zuchini/onions

millet zuchini waffles

Most of our meals have cvs and green drink on the side. My green

drink is celery parsely and super vitality. We do shots of yck or

green drink

We just started raw goat milk kefir this week. This will add more

variety!!! My 4 yr old son was completely typical at a birthday party

today!

I took fake pizza and vege muffins. I empty drink boxes and fill with

water so they have a package that looks the same.

I could not have done this if I had waited for my kid to take these

foods. He was an addict. I had to get the behavior under control

and then step by step take the bad out, and put the healing foods in.

Now to get my husband to do this too! He does this at the table with

my kids, but still has bad habits. I may have to find an adult sized

booster chair and strap him in, or bribe him with sex.
