Guest guest
A compromised bodily system means compromised skin as well. people who poison their system with doctors poisons are always advised to stay out of the sun. Healthy humans that bathe regularly in kombucha are advised to partake of the suns benificial rays. The sun is not harmful. Sunscreen has a purpose for those with compromised systems, however to the health human they are unnecessary for they keep out the benifits of the sun. Depression can be chased away with the proper bulbs when REAL sunlight is unavialable. Drugs for depression will cause someone to kill themselves or people they love. Real light is vital to proper function, the earth could not exist without the sun, humans can't either. Normal function is not possible with all elements considered. Personally I worship the sun. I am out in it all day if I can get away with it. i baste in the kombucha, then I bask in the sun. I don't burn! if I do forget to bring my kombucha spray to the beach, I lay a scoby on my skin and in five minutes it is normalized! why would one ever apply something as absurd as a sunscreen when there is kombucha available? Wrinkles(raisin effect) is a sign of dehydration and weak cross-fibers. Old age is a slow dehydration ot the body. The sun does not cause wrinkles. A laque of mineral/water balance will. Every time i have a glass of water, i have a lick of real food salt, for i know my brain cannot function properly without it. Happy day! prairiegirly@... wrote: Dear Dana, Just check the faces of the old Kansas farmers and ranchers. My Dad's skin was fair as a baby's on his body, but not his face. He always wore a hat and long sleeve, as well.. I tried sunbathing once as a kid and got a terrible sunburn. We drove callte in the hot sun many miles, and I got another terrible sunburn. Several members of my family went to Panama City, FL, and sunbathed on that beautiful, white sandy beach. They all got massive sun poisoning. My uncle and I stayed in the cabin. Many of us fair people can't take the sun. If I am uncovered on my arms in the sun for ten minutes, I get red, " stickers, " all over them. What's good for the goose is not always good for the gander. People with dark pigment are very lucky. LOve. MArge. P. S. I, too, won't use sunscreens.
