Is this possible? (The father is a legal resident but is self-employed and the only income in the family so he does not want to go through the evaluation.) Guest guest
Hi, Medicare generally does not care if the live donor is not a US citizen. The concern is the potential live donor’s ability to be cared for if during the evaluation process a problem is discovered. Hope this helps, Thanks, Bill From: TxFinancialCoordinators [mailto:TxFinancialCoordinators ] On Behalf Of Kreci, Sent: Monday, June 11, 2007 1:13 PM To: TxFinancialCoordinators Subject: RE: Mother not a legal resident of US As far as I know it should be OK, we had a donor from Venezuala, the recip had blue cross and all was paid.
