Substitute for flouride treatments

I have seen posts on here before about flouride causing problems with people.

I've also read some things lately about the dangers with flouride. I was curious

if anyone had a good substitute for mouthwash that will help with rebuilding

tooth enamel. I have a few soft spots that my dentist suggests that I use Act to

help rebuild.
