I am having a problem with it wearing off way to fast with me anymore. I have not changed my dose for about year and a half.Is that maybe the problem? I have been keeping a pain diary for a bit now and that is one thing I have noticed from my writing , around 10 or 11 am it wears off and i am in pain until the afternoon when i could take more.- Advice?
