I went through some of the recipes on the BFL website, and found a barbeque turkey recipe. It says to start with a 10-12 lb. turkey. Cook per directions then freeze the remaining after eating a serving. What is a serving? Protein pancakes- same question. How big is a serving? (1 palm sized pancake)?
