Guest guest
Hi Bobby In my case I seem to have had a few things (some yet undiagnosed). The problem with my leg seems to have started off with erythema nodosum migrans (I had a large halo around the lump). A doctor removed the lump and the original diagnosis came back as lichen simplex chronicus. Two large lesions developed on the wound site. Pyoderma gangrenosum has been suggested a couple of times, however one part of it is definitely panniculitis with fat necrosis. My calf looks a mess at the moment.
