Don't cut them in half. The normal dose is to wear one for 12 hours every other day. If you feel you need something less intense, you can wear the patch for less time, and save it to wear again another time. Or you can tape the patch over clothing.

HI from Sue,

Good questions!

You asked if your child can SHOWER while wearing the LW patches... YES..by all means!.. If it gets loose... just put medical tape over it .

OR...

If he wants to SWIM with them here's more tips:

( BTW.. Swimmers from the Stanford women's SWIM team and Olympic swimmers

have worn these --breaking records with Quick as coach.! several years ago..)

AND... spread the word... LW will DONATE

patches to anyone who is qualified to be vying for the OLYMPICS or for Olympic status this year...until the olympics are over...as long as they can provide written proof of seeking

Olympic status. OVER 100 Olympians are all already using them. I'll send you the form if needed... at stsurewest (DOT) net

Wouldn't it be cool to get an ASD child to win

in Special Olympics... ,too.

To make them STICK when wearing in water...

1. Can use on the wrist placement and wrap wrists so they don't come off.

2. or... Use alcohol on skin first and dry ..then place patch on and smooth out firmly.

3. or put an Overlay waterproof Bandage on top of each patch...

4..or wear under ones wetsuit..where there is no perspiration.
