Supplements before chelation

Hi all,

Our doctor recommended several supplements as part of the

chelation protocol. He mentioned that DMSA can be started

right away while the supplements are being given. He mentioned

that the zinc supplement should be given only on the (DMSA)

off days.

My question for the group is the following:

Should these supplements (vitamin e, zinc, ...) be given for

a certain number of days/months before starting DMSA or should

we plunge in with the DMSA right away?

This bit about not giving minerals with the DMSA is a common

superstition. It isn't accurate.

A week of vitamin C and B complex and magnesium and milk thistle

extract 4 times a day is good enough. Pile in lots of E and flax oil

and mixed carotenes too, though these can be given once or twice a

day.
