I don't eat much fat myself so I had to change my shopping list. But cheese was a big thing for me because of the fat (I like cheese) and I think what helped me most was ensure plus (of course I bought the walmart brand). I drank an ensure plus and a piece of sharp cheese and I was good for 20gms of fat. I like key lime pie so I would eat one of those (yes, not healthy but it was my fat intake needed). Peanut butter is good (which I got tired of quickly because I was eating so much at the beginning). Also, pot pies (meat or desert) are high in fat. I think I push the ensure plus for it takes maybe 3-4 sips to finish it and has a high amount of fat.Remember you non-caffeine liquid. I drank coke last weekend and my eyeballs for felt like

they were so dry they were going to come out (i'm not kidding you). And don't forget sleep. I get 10-12 hours of sleep and I feel good where the first to treatments, I drank caffeine and worked full time and both treatments I wanted to quit I felt so bad. And I am done with Incivek which was rough but I feel really good by on Pegasys and Ribavirin by drinking gatorade2 and getting a lot of sleep. Hey all,

First shot and day 1, not too bad, bit hot and dull skullcap headache, but put ice on head and it worked.

This morning awoke at 5am feeling very nauseated, couldn't imagine eating any fat, but managed to eat 1/4 cup of walnuts, some fish oil and a peach to soften the blow so I could take Teleprevir. Then fell asleep and woke up feeling ok, amazingly. But throughout this morning I'll have these pangs of nausea. Any suggestions. I realize I'm not a fat eater at all, so this is a real challenge to find fats that agree with me. Any over the counter or meds I can get from MD (besides gravol, don't want to sleep) that are not contraindicated?

All suggestions gratefully appreciated.
