2007 TFCA Governing Body Nominations

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that nominations for all TFCA Governing Body

position are now being accepted. If you would like to nominate

yourself, or someone else, to hold office on the new Board, please e-

mail President2007@... privately. Please remember, as

a courtesy, to check w/your nominee to ensure he/she is willing &

able to hold office, if elected, prior to submitting his/her name.

In addition, please remember, you must be a 2007 Member in Good

Standing to vote in the election & hold office; please visit the TFCA

website for complete membership information. The election of the new

Board will take place @ the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas on Wednesday,

October 17, 2007 during the Annual TFCA Meeting; if you know you will

not be in attendance, please e-mail me privately @

Aguiar.@... for an absentee ballot. Please note, absentee

ballots will be sent out in September & MUST be sent to the home

address to ensure timely delivery.

Please remember, TFCA is a Member organization & relies on the

participation of its Members for its very existence. If you find the

listserv, Resource Guide, & Workshop, for example, helpful in your

practice, then please give serious consideration to running for

office to ensure those things continue.
