I just got back my annual bloodwork and I'm still clear after 2 years! The doc said my bloodwork looked GREAT! Liver enzymes are right where they should be and no sign of HepC. For those of you going thru TX, I know it isn't easy. There are times you wish you would curl up and die from the side effects. But DON'T give up! Stick with the TX; it can definitely extend your life if you catch it soon enough! Gav

Guest guest
Jax-- I feel pretty much back to my old self. My hair has grown back and is now a lovely shoulder length with a curly perm. I do have bouts of no energy, but I think that is normal for those of us who have had HepC. Gav WhoooHoooo! I just got back my annual bloodwork and I'm still clear > after 2 years! Guest guest
I have had long hair and a long beard for many years. IF I am ever 'allowed-to' treat,....then THAT in itself is going to be a 'traumatic'-thing for ME-! ;-) Hopefully, something will " come down the pike " that doesn't have that particular side-effect. Guest guest
Thats wonderful Gav! Yea, I think that is pretty normal for us to have lower energy days,, but Im glad you are doing so well and are getting back to your old self! My hair is really really long now and I've found it has some 'natural' curl to it after tx,, it used to be very straight, now it has some curl,, not enough to be enough for me, but I'll live with it,, Im just glad to have hair! well merry christmas hon jax Gavriella wrote: Jax--I feel pretty much back to my old self.
