Anything that's not excessive should be ok. Just make sure you drink more

liquids to dilute your urine. The less yellow the urine the better.

i know strawberries can cause them but i love strawberries. ok- im

eating a chocolate dipped one as we speak. is it ok to eat them

every so often or should i try to stay away fom them completely.

While your there you may want to check out the " new " reconstruction

surgery pages and they now have Patient before and after pics.

It also came up at the meeting that the " patient handbook " is online

and can be printed if you have lost yours or want to share with

someone else.

Another important note, Vicki, is to remember to get enough calcium (calcium

helps bind the oxalates and you will excrete them, instead of forming stones)!
