Will let you know if I have to get near Birmingham in the future. You never know.... I am very excited about going to the coast.Looks like the weather will be great and I will be sure and have a walk or two on the beach while there... There is a restaurant near gulf shores called the home of the thrown rolls, It is served family style it is near the foley outlet Mall and it's called Lambert's. But not sure what the water temp will be...but I be staying at the Hilton in Orange Beach...only one night and 2 days, but I will take what I can get !Been to Lambert's and love it ...not sure if I have time to go this trip, plus not as fun when you are alone and can't eay much....it is best to go there in a group. We love the gulf too....recovered from my DS at Ft Walton beach. Have to go finish packing. Will be back on Thursday.
