Elle __________________________________________ Elle, I got a stomach thing after being sick and Dr. K reccommmended Probiotics...There is one refridgerated kind at most pharmacies called Lactinex and it is like 50 pills that you take over 3 days, but it made a huge difference in my symptoms. If it doesn't get better soon, I'd ask about some flagyl...Might help? Having enough pain and disconfort that you need to resort taking prescription pain meds need the attention of a Doctor. Elle -- could this have been food poisoning, not the flu? I think a doctor's visit is in order for a bacteria culture of your stool. Pre-DS, I had something of this sort, ended up (after months of suffering) taking a broad spectrum antibiotic (prescribed for something else) that cleared it right up!
