I fill my 44 ounce mug with them and just munch them one at a time! I crave them constantly! I suppose the fluid is good for me but it sure is heck on the mouth and teeth! I am not interested in food, (OK, the occasional Easter candy or Mandarin chicken Budget Gourmet) but most of my days and nights are spent eating ice...... LOL, am I just weird?
