8hr vs 4hr and combinations

There have been times when I would call my daughter a night-owl but, these days,

I'd say she just needs less sleep than the average kid her age. We dose every 4

around the clock and, I've got to say, we prop her up, pop it in her mouth, she

swallows, then hits the pillow: out. We are not worried about this becoming a

learned sleep pattern though I had similar concerns before we started.
