Good to hear that you took the advice. And eating more natural

foods is so important. It is funny how the real McCoy tastes so

different. You'll get used to it and when you go back to the " crap "

you'll wonder what you were ever doing eating that stuff. On

another note, I bought one of those oil sprayers and it's a

godsend! You get just a mist of spray and it's perfect for stir frying

and coating a pan. Just hought I'd share!

Ok here you have it i laid off the peanut butter and the olive oil

to
