Dear Ron...

Since I have been obsessed with weight for my whole entire life, I

decided that when I finally got to have this wonderful, life-saving

surgery, that I would try to weigh myself only on my monthly

anniversary date instead of every day, or every week. This has been

SOOO hard to do...but so far, I have been able to do it...and guess

what! It has been awesome! I have been so pleasantly suprised, and

extremely happy with the results. It's just something that has

worked so far for me, and I thought I would share it with you. Take

good care...Luv and Hugs, Deb :-) p.s...We even took the scale

outta the house so I wouldn't be tempted!
