Hi all,

Posted a note a few days ago but no hello's back etc. Hmmm wondered

about chat. Been there many times but I was the only one there each

time. Is there a set schedule for chat or is everyone sore like me

that hates typing so fast to keep up lol..... I am new here & would

love to chat with you all.

Been filing for soc sec / SSI for 4 years now, Won a 6 month benefits

to help out. Have no job & no money let alone a risk for ins

companies. The ol saying goes: no job, money , ins no service!!! Well

I suffer from Depression, Been without meds for over 6 months now.

Suicidal.... YES!!!! tired of all the pain. Been this way since 1986.

Soc sec sends me to the doctor for exam & xrays!!! Duhhh, I think

they have enough xrays to go around the world. Sent a 3 page letter

to them when I reapplied this time.( Failed to win the first 6 times)

Just need help in getting better so I can work like they say i can.

I stated that my depression in un controlled as well as my physical

condition. ( not getting better but worse )told them that this is the

last time I file for it & if I did not get it this time I might as

well KILL myself! Ha Ha Ha..... wow I won temporary SSI &

medicade!!!!! Now at least I can get my meds & get some controll of

my physical condition with therapy. I suffer from Scheuermanns

disease , Kyphosis , scoliosis , shmorles nodes , degenerative disk

condition , & arthritis. I am a reformed drug addict & am afraid of

some of the drugs I have to take. Don't want to be into the meds

gig!!!

Know several people dependant on them who are hooked. I live

with the pain daily & most the time seriouse. I found out that if you

act crazy you will get help, or at best temp help. This was a great

supprise to at least get that. Now I can get the medical attention I

need to get back to normal. Getting hard to type, left hand & arm

have been numb for over a month now ( pinched nerves ) Seems to be

the only place I don't hurt... lol.... well all take care & there is

hope for us , I know I had to go to extremes to get the help but

maybe it will work for those who are in the same boat as I am. Seems

crazy is the key word for soc sec!!!!!

you have to have attorney if you can get one to take you they do it on

consignment i filed 4 times finally got lawyer then the truth came out ,they

tried to put me back into workforce it took once

i got approved they told me I had mild ddd in spine not true it turned out

to be very bad, completle collasped of disk in lumbard neck not far behind

double scorolisl ,bone soears,bursties,fusen of spin in lumbard and

cevercial narowing of spinal canal, I have degintive osto in all joints

exsept nees its starting there,I also have fibro like stuff too.keep on

fighting get a lawyer if you have one and there not doing job get another
