Jackie, I had to submitt a tax return for 2005 and proof of medicare. I had a statement from my doctor and a prescription for the drugs. It took about two weeks for them to get back to me on my approval. Sometimes the amount of income plays a part of the base payment one can afford to pay for the drugs. But nearly all the cases I've heard of the drugs have been free. I don't know what the max is on the income or insurance base, but without their help, I would have been one who had to choose the treat or eat. Steve...
