Now, I think there are times the Neti pot feels abit icky. But if you've ever used any sinus products, and if you are like me you have, personally I think X-xlear is a breeze and didn't sting at all. I had to order it online in the UK & order the Neti pot from Amazon. at this point, what can it hurt LOL. I have so many medicines one more won't hurt i guess.

I am not able to take in deep breaths without having a coughing fit. I want to breath easy so I can work out again.
