TFCA Survey update

Hello all,

Please note that from

Friday, May 25th at 6:00 PM (PST) until Saturday, May 26th at noon (PST), Survey

Monkey will be down for maintenance, in order to upgrade to the new website.

After that point,

you should be able to go back into the site and complete your portion of the

survey, if you have not done so already.

Survey Monkey

tells me that the “new, improved” survey site should not affect the

current survey, other than perhaps the appearance may look a bit different.

We hope that ALL

TFCs will complete their portion of the survey so that our final results will show

a balance from all programs across the country.

Please also make

sure that your Administrator or HR representative also completes Section One of

the survey. (ONE Administrator or HR person per program).
