Clinical Coordinator Salary

Is anyone willing to share (and you can email me directly) what you

are paying your Clinical Coordinators?

We're about to hire two and we don't have good salary data.

Also, if you can throw in what you pay them for call...that'd be much

appreciated.

here in texas, i have heard as low as $22.00 for a new nurse transplant

coordinator but had transplant administrative assistance experience

(just pitiful) to $48.00 with 10 years experience. Unfortunately, I

don't get anywhere near the big number . . .

I think it is important to look at number of years in nursing plus what

else do they bring to the table . . . you don't want to pay a novice

nurse the same as a well broke in one.
