My publisher will supply the book – no purchase necessary. (The book is Free from Hepatitis C: Your Complete Guide to Hepatitis C Treatment). Also, if there is a patient or professional on this list who has a high-use health-related blog, writes for health publications (on-line or in print) or is a major reviewer for Amazon, also let me know if you'd be interested in writing a review. Again, book will be provided.
