Guest guest
Hi All, I think Iam going to not drink my Kombucha tea today. This is the 2nd time drinking it has made me dizzy, very light headed, and last night quite ravanous. I am taking serious 2 feet off the floor weird feeling. It is not a pleasant feeling at all, and sometimes my head feels like it is going on a tilt. I am not sure if this is at all normal or not. BUT I did drink about a cup, maybe a bit more through the day as it tasted so good!! My head feels like it is stuffed with cotton balls, and I am not just a little uncomfortable. Anyone here experience anyting like this, and venture any guesses as to why it has made me feel almost sick? Almost like being hung over, it is awful. Thanks for all advice.
