Hi.

I am hoping some centers out there can please tell me at what % they

are taking there Medical Director's salaries out of Organ Acquisition.

We are a center that is affliated with a hospital and the doctors and

surgeons work for a school of medicine.

Can you specify between Nephrologist and Surgeon please?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
