Guest guest
Hi all , I have been giving our daughter MB12 shots for just over 2 weeks, I noticed the last shot that there is a collection of what looks like a metallic " blob " in the bottom of the barrel of the needle. We keep them in the fridge...is this normal? she doesn't react to the shot ....but we use emla and wait until she is asleep to give it to her...any thoughts? We are in Canada so our choices of pharmacys is limited.... Help please Thanks
Guest guest
I noticed a similar thing in our mb-12 shots as well, I found that when they warmed to room temperature and shook them it blended.I turned down the temperature in the frig and it stopped happening.I think they were just getting too cold.I hope.Maureen wrote: Hi all , I have been giving our daughter MB12 shots for just over 2 weeks, I noticed the last shot that there is a collection of what looks like a metallic "blob" in the bottom of the barrel of the needle. Guest guest
I noticed the same thing with my son's shots a few weeks ago. Some of them seemed to have the blob while others were clear upon taking them from the fridge. So, I gave him a clear one and called Wellness Pharmacy the next day. They said that it was normal for it to do that. I take it out and leave it at room temp a little longer, then invert it a few times to kind of mix up that blob after it's warm. by the time I give him the injection, it looks good. hope that helps!
