Maybe not as often as I would want but hey... As for hair. Try Mane and Tail....yep it is used on horses and has a picture of a horse on the front. You can find it in the shampoo isles and in the pet dept. They have shampoo and conditioner. I did use it for the 1st year and now I go back and forth from Mane and Tail to Pantene...but only because I cant always find Mane & tail up here. It really made my hair calm down and feel good. And I have naturally curly hair (read frizzy if I am not careful!), but as always your mileage may vary.... but it is cheap and worth a try.
