She obviously was a spammer, and I doubt she had EN or any related illness. I gave her three chances, and as in baseball she struck out. I have not used the " denial letter " yet, but wanted to have it ready just in case. Having these letters automatically sent makes the moderators job easier. The larger the group grows the more attractive we are to spammers.
